The taste of Pecel

Pecel street stall infront of Beringhardjo market, Malioboro @Yogyakarta~Oct 12

Once arrived at Malioboro, you’ll find this food stall lining along the sidewalk, centered in front of Beringhardjo market. This seems like a heaven for a vegetarian since they sold pecel ~ a porsion of boiled veggie poured with grinding peanuts, chili, coconut sugar and salt. You can eat pecel along with the seasoned fried tofu, tempe and bakwan (fried vegies mixed with flour & egg) with 10,000 -15,000 rupiah which equal to 1-2 USD you can feed your dragon already 🙂

They also provided fried nodle, capjae, quail eggs satay, seasoned chicken viscera & head ;p .Food are served using banana leaf or plastic plate if you eat on spot while listening to the street singers and enjoying the crowd.
